Brothers and Sisters,                                                               

On November 6^th this Local suffered a terrible tragedy. At approximately 9:30 am, there was a catastrophic boiler tube failure on Unit 3 at Salem Harbor Station. Brothers Mark Mansfield, Phil Robinson, and Mathew Indigelia sustained severe steam burns over 90% of their bodies. All three brothers were transported by Med- Flight to Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston where they passed away in the early morning hours of November 7^th.

All three members leave behind families that have been devastated by this horrific event.

This Local along with Dominion Energy has set up a Survivors Fund to assist the families in this time of need.
